I found this poem in my files. I usually don’t do this, but I thought I’d share it with you. I hope you enjoy.
Altitude Attitude
I’m looking around…
Looking to see who I can see next to me…
Who’s beside me…
Who’s in front of me…
Who’s contributing to my destiny…
And, quite frankly…
It’s lonely…
Only my family…3 friends…and a few people who call me…
I’m looking around…
Looking to see who I can see…
Because….
I’m ‘bout to blow up…
I mean…I’m ‘bout to hit it…
I should be able to look around and see…
people who helped make me…people who are nice to me…people who like me…
But…
Quite frankly…
Not seeing them is giving me…
the attitude to gain altitude!
